      Pros

      Lots of great products to sell. Big logo business acquires.

      Cons

      Management is hand wavy and dismissive. Disconnect between C level idea fairies and the actual customer needs. Selling the latest and greatest is hard since products aren’t mature compared to bread and butter offerings which more customers want. Commission payout is often confusing and less than expected.
