We have multiple processes in place to review and improve our employees' performance, and a “pay for performance” philosophy that ensures our strong performers are duly compensated. Moreover, our employee surveys consistently show that there is great satisfaction with the leadership at NICE. We recommend that you reach out to your manager / HR business partner in order to discuss your specific concerns.
Thank you for your feedback. I am sure that over the many years you have been at the company, that there have been considerable changes. We have an annual calendar of compensation processes including a broad merit process and bonuses, allowing for increases in pay. This has continued throughout the pandemic and even in today’s challenging market conditions, despite many other companies recently cutting salaries, laying off employees, decreasing bonuses or dropping them entirely.
