Pros

Autonomy on you schedule, decent level of resources, brand name recognition in the CcaaS space

Cons

Very partner un-friendly, highest cost in the space typically, culture has gone downhill. Quotas went up massively for 2023, sending commissions down, simultaneously cutting all territories in huge ways, and also big cuts to bonuses. Not to mention, people who’ve been let go or fired for performance over the last several months did not receive any severance or unpaid PTO pay out. Who does that?

Cons

High demand on sales performance with low company/management support from engineering, overlays, implementation and customer support
