Business Outlook
Pros
- Excellent benefits that gets better over time (vacation days increase as tenure increases). - Long-time employees are very sharp - They manage their money well (but also leads to some dissatisfaction)
Cons
- Too much bureaucracy and the approval process to get anything done is ridiculous - The company takes little to no action on improving working conditions after collecting employee feedback - Recent hires are not very good and the company is not willing to pay for talent - The company is very disjointed and even with their effort to try and create a unified base, there are still tons of silos by department, role, etc.
