Cons
Poor platform stability All males in C-level positions (ladies, you won't make it far .. don't believe me? Ask to see an org chart) No growth or career advancement Numerous departments are struggling big time - Order Management (takes FOREVER to get a deal and paperwork processed), Professional Services (they are drowning), Support - our support is AWFUL, the TAM organization (a lot of new TAMS and one of the leaders would show up consistently on calls unprepared and added no value), Solutions Architects are lackluster at best - they turn in crappy, templated SOWs and constantly under scope projects Constant customer and partner escalations and little support from the C-level to address Crappy support for customers Internal culture clashing Lackluster performance by the BDRs The NICE reps are aggressive, product/price/demo focused and are not partner friendly Internal fighting and people not prepared for calls Attrition Lack of resources Travel has all but gone away now that NICE sees how much $ they have saved You need a PhD to understand the comp plan - VERY confusing
