Pros

Impressive market performance and general financial results - stable results and pretty safe jobs as result. And if you are in sales you can win some interesting prizes, trips away etc !

Cons

Management - feels like there is complete lack of care for people on the ground when making decisions - yet we are always asked to refer new people but a lot of our networks dont want to work at NICE due to our bad employer rep! Culture - pleasantries are non-existent, management calls are pretty much arguments and shouting over each other - the louder the better! Management induces a culture of ruthless, lets do the least we have to and hope for the best. Most people here have no attachment to company and leave 1-2 years later. Some have embedded culture of entitlement, rudeness, and inappropriate comments are every day occurrence. Its not even about having thick skin - its just unacceptable.

Pros

Position in the market forces the company to evaluate emerging technologies early and often. This creates a great opportunity to build expertise in revolutionary technologies. Unlike many large corporations, NiCE offers an opportunity to learn and participate in areas outside of your immediate job description.

Cons

Diversity of long tenured employees dating back to time as startup and recent employees joining from large enterprises can lead to differences in opinion on internal process transformation. This is manageable, but requires internal selling.
