Pros

• You can plan to spend lot of time with family, there is no work pressure • If there is a work pressure, you and push back and your manager will create a false story and manage the situation and get you more time. • You are part of a big growing organization, so promotion, awards and growth comes without effort

Cons

I relocated to Pune to Join in NICE. when I joined this company, I had a high opinion considering that it’s an Israel based company. Later realized India center is used more like an outsourcing arm of NICE, instead of outsourcing to TCS, Infosys or Wipro. From the global operations perspective what NICE is doing is exactly what many US companies did in 1990’s. They dumped low value job to low cost centres. From NICE India perspective, they are exactly doing what TCS did in 1990’s. 10% of the team works hard and 90% of the team enjoys life. Company underutilizes the team (every leader is interested in growing the team and not helping the business by cutting cost), creating a fun and enjoyable environment and made people lazy and not valuable in the market. • None of the leaders in India is capable / empowered to take decisions, and they have to depend upon the leaders in US or in Israel. • People talk about great technologies, you will realize that you are working only on the maintenance work in the project and great technologies are used in US or Israel. • Company practices Agile as methodology without following the principles of Agile. • Anyone who is working in NICE for 2 years will find extremely hard to get interesting job in the market as you would have become outdated, Lazy and less energetic.

Pros

With the new CEO Scott Russel, it seems he is taking on the pay compression that everyone is feeling and trying to make changes. It takes a long time though. They are promising that changes will be coming in March 2026. The worklife balance is great, working in a hybrid work at home/in office environment is great.

Cons

The pay is still lower for the industry standard. In the SDR side bizops makes a laudry list for the SDR's to not get paid on opportunities. They give 3 months for the AE's to change something up in salesforce on the opportunity and if they do, it often stops the SDR's from getting paid. They also jump over dollars to save pennies with their Top Parent Account rule and if any account get an opportunity on it and its owned by a large top parent account, the SDR cannot talk to any of the other companies under the Top Parent Account for 90 days. Sure it stops the SDR from fraud, but it also stops SDR's from selling. NiCE loses out on so much more money trying to stop the SDR's from scamming the system rather than just saying if you make an opp on an Account you can't have any other opps on that one account for 90 days, not all the accounts under the top parent account. It makes absolutely no sense.
