Pros
Nice as a company is good, good perks, good pay and apart from Actimize, all other depts seem to be good.
Cons
management is really poor in Actimize, Specifically in Premier team. There's no respect for employees, director threatens employees about their jobs. manager doesn't have knowledge, communication skills or plans for team. If company is hiring someone and they have technical expertise, the management should listen to the team member, rather than telling to do some things that are baseless and do not improve quality of the product. Even after giving negative feedbacks in nice surveys no action is taken from Nice upper management, which shows that there is no point in conducting those surveys. Nice may have overall good ratings but for actimize premier I can assure they are the worst.
