      Pros

      Most valuable to me is Flexi hybrid working: any 2 days a week in office. Other benefits: Private medical BIK with dental reimbursement up to £450 a year. Salary sacrifice pension 5% Ee 5% Er. PTO 25 days + BHs. Generous company sick leave. Enhanced parental leave pay. Team lunches, office snacks and meals.
