      Pay was OK at the start, since the pandemic the workload to pay ratio has skewed in their favor

      Cons

      - Low PTO - Disproportionate pay to work load - Brokers drive the ship - Salaried workers are treated as replaceable - No real advancement opportunities - you are kind of stuck where you are

      Great people, good vibes, smart people, and a lot of networking opportunities

      Slow on the billing side, slow on the hr side, wish they were more proactive and helped employees more to onboard and etc.
