      Newmark is a professional Real Estate Company with a great reputation. Great at listening to employee concerns. Work/Life balance is great for the most part.

      Cons

      Probably pay. Sometimes a lot of 40+ hour work week.

      Pros

      When I first joined Newmark in 2021 I could not have been more happy with the company, my manager, leadership, compensation, growth, and opportunities

      Cons

      The company made the decision to replace US based workers with employees based in Mexico so that they could offer lower wages. It was extremely disappointing to find that after almost five years with the company that I would be replaced by employees who could afford to accept lower wages.
