Pros

The team management here is very good, and special mention goes to Manoj, who is an outstanding team leader. He is extremely supportive, a true motivator, and takes the time to listen to every employee’s concerns while guiding them in the right direction. Manoj genuinely owns the process and demonstrates all the qualities of a capable manager—talented, committed, and people-focused. Having him as a leader is truly a blessing for the team, as he continually inspires and motivates us. Unfortunately, due to internal politics among some other leads, TLs, and even managers, his growth has been unfairly hindered. It’s disheartening to see such a dedicated leader face challenges not because of his abilities, but because of favoritism and office politics. The organization is lucky to have him, and it’s high time his efforts and leadership qualities are recognized at the management level.

Decent office, PTO, and Benefits.

Worst company I’ve ever worked at! No transparency from leadership. Lack of direction from leadership. Employees are set to fail from the beginning, with daily changing priorities and zero communication. Leadership blames employees for mistakes that are set up by leadership. A revolving door, employees disappeared every two, three, six, and eight months. Some employees resigned, and others were laid off, and there is no explanation from leadership. Many employees take the offer and leave their current employer, only to find out it's the biggest mistake they've made by coming to work at this company. Many high-producing brokers feel that they are “Gods.” Every team works in silos. This company has no culture at all. Don't work for this company, run the other way!
