      Good benefits, great co-workers, awesome mission.

      Silos withing the organization; management does not seem to understand that occupational safety programs is why companies become members and the farther the activities drift from supporting occupational safety them more the members become disillusioned.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
