Pros
This started out as a good company. I worked here for over 30 years. Most of these years were good and I was proud to work with this company until the latest management arrived.
Cons
I worked as an Accountant and know the inside info. The last group of management that took over this place was shockingly unethical and greedy. Even though they were making record profits they decided they wanted to increase bonuses for themselves. They began by falsifying performance reviews and firing almost the entire staff. Targeting senior staff some with over 30 years at the Council. They did this by lying and destroying lives. They also fired all the African American employee's except for a few. Managers are the worst I have ever and criminal charges should be considered.
