Tried, but Failed - Coordinator National Safety Council Employee Review

There is no career path. Staff is extremely over worked. Promises not kept. New hires are made to do a job that they were not hired for. It is very hard to trust management. In my department alone there have been several instances where senior management has not kept promises and has not been forthcoming with our department. There is also a very high turn over rate.
