Terrible management. They cultivate a yes man culture. They don’t know who they are or want to be so it’s pretty hard to know what to do. Lots of surface level effort & nothing underneath. People are not trained to do the work they’re doing. When people with expertise are hired they are not allowed to make changes. No investment in long term outcomes just short term show. Marcomm is terrible. Everything takes longer than necessary.
