      NSC is a great place to work. I’m sure they has been issues in the past, but the current leadership really cares and is trying to make things better.

      Like any job, there is good and bad, but overall the good outweighs the bad.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
