      I liked my job and was very good at it. I worked here for over twenty years and was very proud of all my accomplishments.

      Cons

      Upper management is the worst for the last several years. In my opinion they only care about how big their bonuses are. They fire staff on a regular basis. I was fired for not wearing a safety belt. I always wear a safety belt. But, they don't want to pay unemployment so they come up with any safety reason to fire staff.hey have fired almost the entire staff several times over in the last several years.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
