Pros
In the early years that I started my career this company cared about safety and health. I enjoyed working on something that was benefiting society.
Cons
Several years ago this place went up for grabs. Fired almost the entire staff for any reason. They falsely fired many staff for not buckling seat belts or using cell phone while driving. Upper management also took over the employee reviews for the purpose of firing staff. Every knew they didn't want to pay unemployment. This company was already profitable but the wanted to increase bonuses for exec's. No stock holders here. Profits go to the top management.
