      This is in a nice suburb of Chicago. If you have powerful connection's that can keep you from getting fired this can be an okay place to work.

      Cons

      All these bad reviews are true. This place treats employee's horrible. They have terminated hundreds of employee's at this small non-profit for no known reason. No stockholders here. Profits go into the pockets of the exec's that run this horrible place. Money is all this place cares about.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
