Pros
It is a nice area to word at. Some of the people are nice to work with. Some safety classes available to employee's.
Cons
It didn't take me long to figure out this place only exist to make money for the upper management. They do not have stockholders so most of the profits go to the upper management. Their membership is a shame. That is how they make most of their profit and the companies that join get nothing accept a piece of paper saying they are a member.
