Pros
the office culture was great to begin, training opps were good, and the people that worked there were wonderful.
Cons
I had a hard time doing my job to its fullest bc help was always promised but then taken away for something that was always more important, soon after a change in attendance policy caused a huge blow to good workers while those that caused the change were protected by having their schedule changed to avoid getting in trouble. They preached office safety and driving safety, but no exceptions are made to being late for those that drive longer through more snow..if you were late you were dinged even if you were going slower to be safe or if there was an accident out of your control. Meanwhile other times when people that drove 10 minutes were late then a free pass was made for bad weather. They were too afraid to set a precedence with exceptions so that they let their concentration on safety of their employees fall to the wayside. No room for advancement, and management was more concerned with their own image then the image of the company as a whole. Numerous GOOD employees left while those that caused problems were left behind. If you didn't fit in with the click, you were gone
