      Pros

      The mission and values are outstanding! Good benefits, time off and flex work schedules. Great 403B matching! Company is big on ergonomics.

      Cons

      Middle management is not favored. Changes need to happen to benefit all employee's wellbeing. Company is good about surveying employee's but then action items do not seem to happen thereafter. Sales compensation not consistent, seems to change annually. Marketing dept is too big and is not set up appropriately for sales to then deliver on expected results.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
