      Great benefits, health, dental, matched 401k. Family work balance was somewhat flexible.

      Cons

      Too many changes and restructuring. No clear understanding of what is expected from employees. A reduction in employee appreciation and recognition and input. The company culture changed more towards corporate than non-profit.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
