Pros
I get to work on things that are important and give me a sense of satisfaction. I enjoy my co-workers and the flexibility that my supervisor gives me to get my job done. I appreciate that the leaders of the organization are committed to our values - Accountability, Safety, Service, Innovation, Spirit and Teamwork.
Cons
I travel a lot for my job, but enjoy interacting with our members and others in the safety community. So while it isn't always easy being away from my family or dealing with the hassles of being on the road, it is an acceptable trade-off because it enables me to be more successful in executing my responsibilities.
