      Good mission with much of the staff on board to educating the safety community on how to protect their employees from both injury and death.

      Cons

      Products need to be refreshed to be more specific to certain industry needs. Loyalty, as a general rule, is missing.

      Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

      Cons

      Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.
