Pros

Remote work environment and flexible schedules. People who really care about keeping others safe.

Cons

Infighting at the highest levels of leadership is causing chaos for employees and the organization. Higher than average turnover rate. Major reorgs on an annual basis. No sense of direction or continuity.

Pros

A chance to positive affect the lives of others.

Cons

It will become clear—typically within the first several months—that the organization’s stated mission to improve safety and well‑being is structurally constrained. Persistent leadership behaviors at the executive (CEO and President, in particular) and senior levels undermine meaningful progress, leaving even well‑intentioned efforts ineffective and unsustainable.
