Pros
The benefits are amazing: 401k with 100% match up to 3%, profit sharing, discretionary match, accrued sick days that never expire, very generous amount of vacation days and holidays.
Cons
The Association and higher ups are very old school, "mens club" type. The building and offices are outdated and falling apart. The company won't spend money on anything to improve the work environment or keep up with technology, all they seem to care about is spending the money on marketing and sales.
