Pros
Good wages, good hours, great benefits and a good work location that's convenient to Tyson's Corner and the new Metro
Cons
Where to start? This was a great association that enjoyed a wonderful place in the hearts of the nations auto dealers. That has all changed. During the past 10 years or so, NADA has moved from being a member-driven, caring organization to a money grubbing mess. Senior management is only out for themselves - it's amazing how many new positions that can imagine for themselves to secure more pay. Employees are miserable and the work environment is dreadful. No imagination is allowed and absolutely no creativity is tolerated. Layoffs are sudden and horrific, benefits are decreasing and the human resources director cannot be trusted.
