There is not honest communication between upper management and staff. Often they would like honest feedback, and management promise things to correct the situation, but at the end of the day, they do not have the best interest for employees. There is no sense of job security. They tend to do company reorganizations pretty often, and it does not matter your role or tenure in the company, your position could be eliminated at any point with no previous notice.
