      Clients are appreciative of help and peers tend to be good support.

      Cons

      Management is very toxic, disrespectful, ans underhanded with their racism. Approach staff liek they are all idiots ams don't respect the work you do. It is all about getting you to meet quota even if it isn't in the best interest of the client.

      Was kept on for the summer after my internship. Very helpful at getting a feel for care coordinating

      None. Even though I worked remotely at the time, I was constantly getting micromanaged.

      Cons

      Under -paid, severely. They made me jump through hoops just to get the job, all to end up paying me $21 an hour. This was supposed to be a transitional role and it was a waste of time . I have a BA , am fluent in both Spanish and English , but still wound up getting $21 an hour ( which I had to fight for), and was doing the job of multiple people from what it seemed.
