      Pros

      The system was easy to learn, team based atmosphere depending on who the manager was that day. Scheduling was decently flexible.

      Cons

      Pay wasn’t the best and it’s hard to get increase. Some of the management just didn’t want to be there. A lot of turnover within the store.
