Poor Leadership- Great Product - Sales Representative Mindray Employee Review

Leadership especially Mike Lessick leads through intimidation and condescending communication. The company would be light years ahead without this guy. I was there for a long time and this guy is driving the company into the ground. You use to be able to make money. In 2020 they started to butcher territories, then took away products creating more reps, and then took away surgery centers. Essentially making the PMLS reps into whale hunters. It eliminated any chance of making income between large system conversion deals. We use to be able to earn a living between large deals selling to surgery centers, and anesthesia machines and vital signs. Once they took that away you’re only looking at large deals into hospitals only. Which can take along time for a system conversion.
