Incompetent leadership that frequently changes territories, structure, compensation, only to change it again just as it is about to take shape. No discourse is allowed if you value your employment or advancement. Cronysim is the latest trend for upward mobility. Any tenure is being removed from the company with hopes that new representatives will flourish. This will be hard to do under an anemic training program and little to no support as a representative. Expectations are expected, but targets seem set for failure of many and success of a few.
