      Great location, independence to work

      Lacks innovation, works on price wars, no advantage of product differentiation, stagnation, quality of employees but that's probably because of the salary offered

      Great leadership, superior Manager, awesome team. Opportunity to make a lot of money.

      Currently holding no contracts with IDN's so patience is needed in those territories without them.
