( position is not designed for young families with small children , if partner is not supportive of work/ travel demands) Regardless of Experience, Degree, Certifications, years on staff, Compensation is set the same. On a Positive note-What I do on a weekly basis, problem solving/resolution with the customer is rewarding on a Personal level but can be exhausting.
