      Pros

      Very friendly and supportive atmosphere, nice teams, excellent benefits (including generous annual leave, flexi-time, staff discounts, a variety of subsidised classes), very good work life balance

      Cons

      Overall I really enjoyed my time at Miele, but I sometimes felt the tasks were slightly repetitive and that development opportunities were rather limited
