Messy company substandard management - Sales Manager Miele Employee Review

Pay is lower than market rate. Expected to work overtime and on rest days without pay. No clear direction from management and severe rivalries between departments. Difficult to get the job done in time. Stuffy management, over-complicated policy, demotivated workers, angry customers. People either stays for over 10 years or leave after a few months. The worst company in my career. Fooled by the brand.
