      Pros

      The business is really trying hard to make it a world class organisation. The effort in training the management team to be better managers is impressive. A great brand that everyone in the company believes in, which helps drive the business as everyone has a common purpose.

      Cons

      The longevity of some senior staff is one of its biggest let-downs. Change isn't embraced as well as it could be.
