      Pros

      There is a great atmosphere all around the company. The salary and benefits are very competitive. The staff development and opportunities are some of the best I've seen. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming

      Cons

      The business is a little old fashioned and needs to modernise. There are new systems coming which should help with that.
