Pros

There are none at all

Cons

So i start my 1st shift, walk in and introduce myself to the manager. He looks at me doesnt even introduce himself just hands me my paperwork to fill out. no name, nothing. After im done that, he says "go around and get comfortable" like alright i guess ill walk around solo and figure it out myself instead of someone giving me a tour. After i get my uniform i start working on a vehicle. Co work starts teaching my how to do their procedure for only 5-10 minutes before he forces me to work on a car by myself because they were too busy too train. i still have barely any idea what to do. 20 minutes later the manager is yelling at me and my coworker because the cars taking too long. Are you kidding me? on my 1st day trying to learn the procedure and your going to be impatient ? So as i keep working i notice theres no tools in site, so i ask if theres any shop tools. Nope. they expect a tire and lube guy at $15(minimum wage) an hour to bring all of his own tools. Im not an apprentice, ive worked in multiple shops and thats never been a thing. then i ask about lunch breaks. Get told "you dont get one unless its slow enough' thats illegal. Start working on a truck and i cant find any extensions for the hoist arms, ask if we have any...nope told to use wood. Use wood blocks to lift up a F-150? how unsafe is that. Im not dying for this shop. then theres the indoor smoking. My new manager is sitting inside the shop near no ventilation just smoking cigarettes' like its the 60's. Thats illegal. This place lacks tools, proper equipment. Doenst have designated breaks, pays like crap. Lied to me about how their apprenticeship works. Break the law with indoor smoking. Worst manager personality ive ever met. Give you barely any procedure training and expect you be as fast as the guy working there for the last year. Save yourself the stress and never apply to this place. Most unprofessional hiring experience of my life period. If i was the company owner i would be embarrassed. Walked out during my 2nd shift.
