Working with great staff, high quality products, open design to stores.
Cons
Lack of communication between corporate and stores, competitive work environment to meet sales goals with no extra compensation, constant cuts to hours, cuts of full time benefits outside of management to open more stores, leaving behind old stores to open new ones and only focusing on the new stores, ignoring suggestions from customers and employees then creating those ideas without credit towards the consumer, lack of security within the job, unreasonable expectations with talking to customers, and too many people in certain sectors of corporate with a lack in other sectors.
