Pros

Coworkers are mostly smart driven individuals. Office is central. Pay was good.

Cons

Zero career development. Toxic upper management. Unhealthy work/life balance. They keep hiring VPs and Directors when there are not enough people to actually do the work, instead of growing loyal employees from within and backfilling. Used to be a culture of improvement and challenging status quo; it is now mostly “yes” people.

Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

Cons

No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
