      Incredibly negative work environment. The management hires predominantly young women of color but there is no commission or individual incentives to go above and beyond sales goals. IF the team makes above the sales goal for the store for the month, there is a bonus every 10%, but that is rare because the company retails goals are unrealistic. The work environment is also very toxic and negative: the managers obviously play favorites. They do not value work-life balance and use AI to schedule which over-schedules staff poorly

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
