      -got lucky with a great team/management -overall well supported -training materials were great and provided regulary

      Cons

      -felt like the store was always blamed for theft and didn't receive help from corporate when repeatedly requested but we were scolded when the theft continued -corporate visitors rarely spoke to anyone outside of store leadership, felt like the sales team didn't matter to them, were easily dismissed -pretty little room for growth for US employees -no specific corporate team for US operations

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
