      Pros

      This was an enjoyable place to work. At the time (2020) they contributed to a monthly manicure fund which was amazing. Powerful women and great environment!

      Weren't many hours, but management was always willing to work with employees.

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      Cons

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
