      You learn a lot in a short period of time working at Mejuri. The corporate teams are small enough, that you are able to work cross functionally and work closely on new initiatives and projects. Mejuri values skill development, so you will always be encouraged to learn a new system or skill.

      Cons

      If you are someone who doesn't thrive in a fast paced environment and can't change or pivot quickly, then it might not be for you!

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
