      Pros

      For Mejuri, their employees comes first. We have a great work life balance. We are a hybrid model twice a week in the office. The teams are very helpful to each other. The office is a open concept and everyone is treated equally.

      Cons

      Location. We are by the EX and not much food places that are close to the office for lunch.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
