      Good jewelry, seem to be accommodating, and they do a great job of hiring.

      Cons

      They do not let piercers accept tips which is the bread and butter of our income! It’s one thing if they said no advertising for tips but you will be reprimanded for accepting anything. For this reason they cannot compete with how much you would make elsewhere. There’s not really upward mobility for piercers either, so pretty much what you see is what you make.

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
