      Amazing working culture, great discount and so much to learn! I love how big the teams in store and in HQ are, everyone has their own job and we all work together to make things happen quickly and efficiently! Also I really love how much technology is involved on a regular basis!

      Discount was 40% off Jewelry is nice

      No brand alignment on standards Corporate partners far out of touch with reality asking teams to change processes every other week and reprimanding teams who fall behind ZERO support with training/ gaps in knowledge Retail partners tell you to reach out with questions but ignore you and reprimand you when you ultimately fail Give your team fewer hours and ask for more operationally resources are outdated, SOPs hard to follow though they add more every day HORRIBLE upper management. No one is qualified for the positions they hold
